Diane Pangilinan

Diane Pangilinan joined the Vision North team as the Assistant Manager in June 2025. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from William Paterson University in New Jersey. With over ten years of experience in the eye care industry, Diane has built an extensive career marked by a deep expertise in navigating insurance complexities and providing specialized patient services. Her background in public health fuels her passion for helping patients understand their benefits and access the care they need.

A family-oriented professional, Diane values building meaningful connections with both her colleagues and the patients she serves. Outside of the office, she loves life with her husband and their two small children—usually found running around in the happy chaos of two kids and two dogs, Mochi and the late Ben, who remains a cherished part of their family. Her perfect day includes a morning coffee and satisfying her noted sweet tooth with a quest for excellent local baked goods.
